On November 1, 2022, Turcol carried out a great activity led by our guide Edwin Rey, which consisted of providing sustainability training to the children of the Kogui indigenous community to promote the care and preservation of the environment, in addition to this, we also had the opportunity to have the active participation of high school students of the Ruldolf Steiner School, who collaboratively joined this day of awareness and learning, where the exchange, respect and admiration for cultural differences prevailed.
Undoubtedly, this event was very enriching for both locals and visitors, which is why we are proud to promote all these initiatives that contribute to responsible and sustainable tourism in this incredible destination such as Ciudad Perdida.
We involved visiting students in these awareness trainings for the care and preservation of the environment in this great destination for the students of this indigenous Kogui community.
Our guides lead these learning activities to promote and encourage students’ knowledge in natural spaces with a great history to know.
Children are the future, that is why we must provide them with the relevant studies and training to contribute to a better world!
